Aspen's mother wanted portraits of her while she was 4 to document her growing up. I always heavily appreciate mothers who do this for their children because it's always amazing to look back on photos of your younger years! (Yes, this is a hint to everyone, TAKE PICTURES OF YOUR KIDS AS THEY GROW UP!) Rant done, Onto the photos!
Aspen was adorable and treated me like a best friend within five minutes. She was holding my hand and pulling me around the playground and it was adorable.

This year I'm enrolled in my film and developing class, and I'm absolutely ecstatic. I can't wait to truly offer both and to be quite honest I think I may love the film quality better than my digital, which I thought I'd never say! The photographs just look so much more real and have incredible detail. I am using an N90s Nikon camera, with my 105mm DC lens. I adore both, oh! Ilford film is the brand, it's black and white. Here are some film images, enjoy! Click on them to view them larger.
Amanda and Jason's Wedding in Massachusetts was absolutely breathtaking. Not only was the night before the Wedding my first time to meet the couple, but they put so much faith into me to travel across the country just to share their special day with them. I was so blessed and the instant I entered their barbeque the night before I felt like I was a part of the family. They welcomed me with open arms and really helped me get to know them as people before documenting one of their most special days together and becoming Man and Wife. The east coast was absolutely beautiful, and I thoroughly enjoyed my trip! I thank them so much again for having me take care of such a treasured portion of their special day.
I have known Shelby for a few years now, and when I found out she was engaged and asked me to do her engagement session and her Wedding, I was super excited and blessed. Not only are they a beautiful couple. but Shelby's father came along to join in and snap some photos with his Daughter. The whole evening was extremely hot, but we got some great memories!
I had a nice variety of jobs the last few weeks of summer. I can't wait for the school yet to come intact, I have some beautiful couples to photograph, and their Weddings to capture forever in time. I had a beautiful senior the other week, she was just gorgeous and her name was Jordan. The coolest part about the photo shoot? She brought a bottle of water to simply pour on her hair for her perfect ringlet curls to bounce up. To say the least, I was fairly jealous! I then had a Rodeo Queen shoot for a girl named Lauren who was running for Rodeo Queen. She has to do a reining pattern on her horse, answer questions, and of course- be beautiful, which you'll see is not difficult, as she strongly resembles Keira Knightley.
